I really appreciated the friendly staff who were always attentive. the outside area of the hotel had some rough spots, like a few potholes in the parking lot. The ambiance inside felt a bit outdated and could use refreshing. I encountered some issues with the WiFi connectivity during my stay, which was frustrating. the breakfast setup got a little chaotic as it was busy that morning, leading to some delays and miscommunication about cutlery. Still, the location next to the lake makes it worth a visit, but I hope they can address these points.
